		<description>I&#039;m not sure how a brand/company could be held responsible for those who throw their products out of the car window, sidewalk, etc but I like the idea.

Here&#039;s a thought! What if Pepsi, Lays, etc had to pay you a certain fee if you bring litter back to them? This might motivate them to put more money into marketing against litter.

I like this idea a lot because my partner and I pickup one bucket of litter every week and we could use the extra money :)
